Logistics transportation delay

Regarding the issue of slow shipping by the logistics carrier, recent orders, based on the U.S. region, have experienced cases of not arriving within 30 days. We are very sorry. We are compensating every customer whose delivery is delayed by $20 and switching logistics carriers. Normal logistics takes only 7 to 15 days from the time the tracking number is uploaded to arrival.
