USER ASSEMBLY AND LIABILITY: Our display cases require careful assembly by the user. scoparius is not responsible or liable for any damages that occur during the assembly process, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, chips, or breakage resulting from improper handling, misassembly, or excessive force. Once the protective film is peeled off or removed from any panel, the product is considered accepted by the user in its current condition and is no longer eligible for a return or refund based on assembly-related damages.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. scoparius reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is only accepted once we send a confirmation. Payment must be received and processed prior to our acceptance of an order. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once accepted. Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

You hereby release Shopify from any claims arising out of your transactions with scoparius.
