Shipping and Delivery

At Scoparius, we aim to provide the most reliable and fastest shipping experience for our collectors worldwide. To ensure your display cases arrive safely and quickly, all orders are handled with maximum care and shipped via premium international logistics networks.

To optimize delivery efficiency and cost, orders are dispatched directly from our regional fulfillment centers based on inventory availability. The majority of our international orders are fulfilled from our primary manufacturing and distribution hub in Asia (China). Additionally, select products are pre-stocked and shipped from Amazon warehouses within the United States for accelerated local delivery.

  1. Shipping Regions We proudly ship globally, including to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and other major regions worldwide.

  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

Air Freight Express (Standard Worldwide)

  • Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Under normal circumstances, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.

  • What to Expect: Most air shipments arrive within 10 business days. We allocate an additional 5-day buffer for unforeseen contingencies, such as local customs inspections or adverse weather conditions.

Sea Freight Shipping (Economy for Bulk or Heavy Items)

  • Suitability: Sea freight is our most economical option, ideal for bulk purchases or particularly large and heavy display cases. It is subject to a minimum weight requirement of 12 kg.

  • Estimated Delivery: Due to the nature of ocean transit, delivery typically takes between 25 and 35 days.

  • Shipping Carrier: We primarily utilize Matson Shipping—the fastest sea freight carrier available—to ensure delivery within 30 days. We also factor in an additional 5-day buffer to account for unexpected port or customs delays.

  1. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and a carrier tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

  2. Customs, Duties and Taxes Please note that international shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties, taxes, or standard customs inspections upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Scoparius has no control over these regional regulatory charges.
