Important Note on Protective Films
To ensure your display cases arrive in pristine condition, all panels are covered with a protective film. Please inspect all components carefully before removing the film. Once the protective film is peeled off, the product is considered "used" and can no longer be resold. Therefore, items with the protective film removed are no longer eligible for a return or refund.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As long as the product is in a condition that does not compromise its resale value, we will authorize the return. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@scopariuscase.com to request authorization. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping to our facility. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Transit Damage: If you encounter any structural issues or severe breakage due to transit, you do not need to return the item. Simply contact us with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will promptly arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. Provided the product is in acceptable condition for resale, we will authorize the refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@scopariuscase.com.
