Important Note on Protective Films: To ensure your display cases arrive in pristine condition, all panels are covered with a protective film. Please inspect all components carefully before removing the film. Once the protective film is peeled off, the product is considered "used" and can no longer be resold. Therefore, items with the protective film removed are no longer eligible for a return or refund. We are fully committed to assisting you with any issues you may encounter—such as damage, missing accessories, or any other factors preventing you from using the item—to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.
30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at info@scopariuscase.com. Please note that all returns are processed through our designated logistics hub. This hub is operated on behalf of our company, Jizhou District Jimu Electronics Studio. All packages should be sent to the following address: 14210 Telephone Ave, Dock 24-26, Chino, CA 91710, United States (Phone: 909-919-6566). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees for Returns Regarding shipping fees: For returns due to product defects, damages, or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated by the customer due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that for international orders (outside the United States), customers may be responsible for international return shipping fees to our US warehouse.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you encounter any structural issues or transit damage, please contact us; we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Provided that the product does not compromise its resale value, we will authorize the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@scopariuscase.com.
